I checked into phase change, and while expensive, it's right up there with liquid nitrogen... here's a helpful site...Computer cooling - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and a site that sells the parts...Phase Change - FrozenCPU.com *

After running some numbers, and checking out some parts I have reached the decision that I can fabricate a LN2 heat sink for much less than a phase change system, it will also be just as effective.

And yes the cat is out of the bag, I think I can beat the world record. Its time the American's took back the crown for OC world record!

I meant the LN2 part..

The whole "I can fabricate a LN2 heat sink for much less than a phase change system, it will also be just as effective."

Supposedly you can fabricate one with some Copper pipe, insulation, and a stock Intel heatsink. He sent me this video of one made that way that took a northwood to 5ghz at -173c.
