another 3200 overclock post

I've posted before with slightly any replies... basically I ordered a 3200+ barton chip and I know they're locked.. can I still push the multiplier to like 12.5? or are they locked at 11? can i do the pencil lead unlocking thing with this chip.. yea.. any replies do help! Ohh yea.. I've been looking, but what's the hardest I should push my system's FSB? would 215 be pushing? because i'm going to see how far I can get this chip if i really can't change the multiplier
