Default AMD XP 3200+ temps

Just wondering what the safe temp zone is for my processor. It seems to be running about 52C while playing CS right now. Is that high, low, or normal? Thanks.

About 42.5 when I'm just using internet explorer. I have the heatsink/fan that came with it and two case fans running right now. I'm going to get four more case fans in a few weeks so hopefully that will help.
