AMD T-bird Overclock

Well, I gave a T-bird 900 Mhz and a standard copper Spire cooler. I'm using ECS k7vza mainboard. Please, tell me what is the exact update of the BIOS, that can help to clock it over 1Ghz(If Possible). Now it is working at 1Ghz and the temperature is 47-49C. Can I keep it working on that frequency without worrying about it?

yeah, the processor won't melt till it hits 80 C. so just keep it under 60

Now I can't clock it anymore. It was working at 1Ghz, but when i installed samo new driver for my video card they needed reboot. It Rebooted, checked the processor,RAM and the other diveces but when Xp started, the combuter restarted again? What should I do now?
