Looking to eek out a little more from my processors (dual core). Anyone had any success in OC'ing these processors? This may be TMI but I'm trying to get some help and figured it can't hurt to be thorough.

lower your HTT multi to 3x and up the HTT bus in small increments until it becomes unstable. Theres good tutorials on here if you haven't read them yet. Lower your ram too so you know its not the problem when it becomes unstable.
 
Okay, THat is A LOT of stuff to sort through. :D

I take it you have 2 sets of ddr400 ram. kingston and Samsung?

Lower the htt to 3x

Put the FSB at 220mhz

Take your ram down to DDR333mhz I think it is

Run Orthos or Prime95.
