Default Ambient Temperatures...

Do ambient temperatures really effect Overall PC temperatures?

Its the winter now and I haven't overclocked my PC for a while (Clocks got reset because I went too far a couple months ago) and today, I just got ~2.75 with ~50 C max temperatures on the Large FFT's test in Orthos...

Previously I could barely run ~2.7 while reaching ~60 C

If your cpu is 50c full load at 20c ambient and the room raises to 30c ambient then the CPU will go to 60c ambient.

So yes, of course ambient temps affect cpu temps.
