Ahh Air Cooling (theres too many)

I'm confused there are too many air cooling things and i need help on decideing on what to get. I have

Opteron 165 dual core CPU
X800GTO2 GPU

I need the best band for buck cooling for these so that i can get some nice OC's. I have enough space for the GPU to use a slot for cooling and the CPU has plenty of space around it. The case has 2x 120mm fans. 1 exaust and 1 intake. So wht coolers and do i need extra fans for my case ? I'm not worried about noise much but i would like it quite if it doesn't comprimise too much on better cooling. I have a fan speed controler.

Well as little as possible really but as a clean figure about $100 for 2 GPU coolers and the CPU cooler

i would not use air cooling! preffer the water cooling metods my self and they seem more effective!!

Yes that was U.S. currency. Water cooling I would use but its too expensive for someone like me. All I want is some good affordable OC's not extreme ones. £50 in pounds.

I would keep the stock cooling on the GPU as it voids the warranty.

2 120mm fans will be surficient for case cooling.

I'm voiding the warrenty anyway when i'm unlocking it to get the extra pipelines so now worrys there
