advice on buildup

which mobo would u guys recommend for these specs, keep in mind trying to do it on a budget.
2.2g intel cpu ( will oc cpu)
needs onboard audio
no onboard video
1 pci express slot
4 ddr2 400 ram slots

im trying to keep some of my old parts so its like a partial upgrade.
