Default adding lights to case??

so i'm wanting to add some lights to my case but am totally unaware how?? i was thining maybe i could pick up some cool colored one's at my hardware store. and possibly wire them in somewhere. but i'm just not sure were you could like hotwire or add them in somewhere. thought about coming off the led that is on when the pc is on??

Easiest way is to just get cold cathodes. - cathodes

Agreed. They even have velcro strips so you can stick them anywhere.

Its funny looking back more then 1.5 years when i was planning to build my computer...

I once wanted to get the cold cathodes but considered not once I heard they may burn out really fast depending on how lucky you are...then I realized I don't really look at my computer when Im using it...and thats when my plans to "trick out" my computer ended. I figured a thermaltake armor case was radical enough :P

I've had the same cold cathodes for almost two years, and they're just as bright as they were new.

For the $4 I paid for mine. It has lasted well over a year and seems to be as great as ever. They just plug into a mole connector. Makes wiring simple enough.
