Question Add Raid 0 without reformatting?

Is there a way that i can setup Raid 0 on my PC and not lose all my data by reformatting?

Back up your data on DVD or CD discs, that's it unless there's a way to NOT format, and I am not familiar with RAID.

Do you really want to do RAID 0 on a PC though? Probably not worth the speed and the risk of losing your data in a crash.

I argue with people on internet message boards.
Don\'t copy dat floppy!

in my opinion, i would combine a sata raid 0, with a plain old single hdd for backup.
