abit fatality a8n overclocking

i bought all of the parts taht i want for my pc except my cpu, i plan on getting a 4000+ or 3800+ or fx-55 Venice or san diego on friday all depending on my check. i looked online and iw as just wondering from anticipation what kind of overclock you guys think i will get with this board. to accompany this board i have 2 WD raptors, ATI x800xl, Zalman 120mm copper heatsink, 1gig G.Skill ddr 400 Samsung TCCD modules, silverstone 600w PSU. i am upgrading from a 3000+ newcastle Oc'd to 2.5ghz with some other just average stuff, but i want faster, i was reading up online and i really did not come to any good reviews overclocking wise with it i really want at least 3 ghz for the 4000+ and 3800+ and 3.2 with the fx-55 if i get it, hopefully more but that is what i really want at least
