Lol, look at the top of his sig Timmer. "Current/Soon." He has the 6600GT right now and will soon have the 6800GT.

What do they do. I have CS:S everything on high, with 16X AF, and 4X AA. When I put it on 6X AA, my computer freezes. Anyone know why?

the reason it freezes is because Nvidia cards can't do 6XAA. it doesn't freeze for me, but instead it just runs with no AA at the framerates of 4xAA. since you have a 6800 and 6600 you can only go up to 4xAA like evryone else with an nvidai card.
