Yes it will but if you thinking you can put the X800Xt PE in SLI it canÂ’t be done and wont be for a long time.

So just get a normal nForce 4 Ultra chipset board with just one PCI-E slot if you want to go with a X800XT PE.

If you do get the MSI K8N DIAMOND whatÂ’s the use since the X800XT PE is not capable of SLI and would be a waste of money.

Rather get the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum.
