hey will this work a MSI K8N DIAMOND - NVIDIA® nForce4 SLI Chipset motherboard with a radeon x800 xt platinum edition together

Yes it will but if you thinking you can put the X800Xt PE in SLI it can’t be done and wont be for a long time.

So just get a normal nForce 4 Ultra chipset board with just one PCI-E slot if you want to go with a X800XT PE.

If you do get the MSI K8N DIAMOND what’s the use since the X800XT PE is not capable of SLI and would be a waste of money.

Rather get the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum.

as long as the X800 XT is a PCI-E card (most are AGP)
