Default 9800 pro clock question

I know my cards default clock but what can I do OCing it without frying it, what would a safe clock be? It is clocked at:
Core: 378MHz
Memory: 337.5MHz(it's true clock has been cut in half on the OC program it came with)

Try ATI tool - My 9800 pro didn't overclock much (~5%), but it did help a little!

Download here

Intel D975XBXK2R Mobo
Core 2 Duo E6700 CPU
EVGA 8800 GTS Video Card
Corsair XMS 2 x 1gig RAM

What is the 9800 Pro's safest OC, I mean I took the core to 381MHz and the memory to 351MHz. Would 384MHz/360MHz be ok without frying the card over a years time? And how many artifacts are too many? I found 4 in ten minutes time with ATI Tool.

I would say for a safe bet, that if you have ANY artifacts, you have OC'd too much.
