800Mhz FSB?

In theory... If you run a 400mhz fsb CPU in a 800mhz capable motherboard, will overclocking the CPU be easier, since the motherboard itsself won't have to overclock?

No not really; however you might get higher overclocks because you have more room with the FSB. The only thing that would make it easier would be some PC3200 ram for obvious reasons.

It will be even harder since you'll have to mess with dividers.

the FSB is still located on the processor, the memory controller on the motherboard so it doesn't really make a difference to the FSB
