7600GT Foxconn Issues

Ok, so I bought that new card, an upgrade from my 7300GT, and I just thought that it was the most awesome thing ever (sarcasm present for those who cant realize a joke). Then I go to run 3dmark05 and its telling me that my memory clock is only running at 700Mhz, when it actually is supposed to be double that, and the GPU is running at 561, which is right where it is supposed to be. Does anyone have any clue as to what is going on. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Oh yeah, and the reason that this is posted here is because I wanted to try to kill two birds with one stone. And by that I mean, I was going to ask what do people recommend for OC'ing their cards?

700Mhz x 2 = 1400 MHz Effective.

Everything is fine.

Oh, ok thanks, I was thinking that I had done something wrong. Any recommendations for overclocking?
