6800gs overclock

my specs are below.
I was wondering what I should set my mem/core speeds to for a stable and enduring overclock which can handle long sessions of gaming. I have air cooling for the gfx card.

I run my Gainward Bliss 6800GS at 510/1450. It is awesome, but its a very solid card, so I don't know about eVGA's. The Gainwards are awesome overclockers.

I think most 6800GS cards are awesome overclockers. Just keep pushing it til it artifacts and then back off some.

Most get theirs to at least 500/1250 or so

hmm, I was running it at 500/1100 and it seems to be working well for long periods of time. Just how long will the lifespan of my card be with these speeds?
