Default 6800 Vanilla Temps

Are these tmps acceptable.

Core-55c Idle 60-Load.

Ambient-39c Idle ???-Load.

These are on stock setting, what i want to know if the core temp is about normal, or is that too high. Also would this device help cool it much, ill put this in the pci slot right under the card.

Or can you point me out a better one.

Those temps are very healthy. Do not fret.
