Default !!!!!!!!~~6800 ultra/AC5?~~!!!!!!!!!

hi there. i wanted to add a little bit of arctic silver 5 to the gpu of my 6800 ultra that i have. it has the massive heatsink/fan on it, the ones that take up a pci slot. Are there any precautions i should take when unscrewing the hsf? Thanks

Make sure you dont fry the card when you are handling it. Also make sure to lap the heatsink and the core as much as you can, making sure to polish the surfaces whilst cleaning 100% of the old compound off of there.
