Default 64 heatsink

I need to replace my current heatsink fan combo. I have a amd 64 3000 with a asus mobo and plan to overclock. What would be a the best heatsink fan combo in the 40-50 range.

Zalman CNPS series. they just released the 9500 but its a little out of your price range.

yes, zalman's products are quite nice. i'd go for em.
AMD 64 3800+
X-connect 500W psu
1.5gb RAM
etc etc
