High temp's like that are very normal on a Intel machine,As for a sempron running that hot I have my sempron oc'ed from 1.6 to 2.2 with stock heatsink and i only hit 42*c top's underload

I don't even hit 60C anymore with my machine and its stock and has a rather high overclock.....

If its running stable and you've adjusted the max temp. shutdown settings then your fine. Honestly, some people make a huge deal out of the temperature of the CPU. Some people say it reduces the lifespan of your CPU running it at higher temps but something else is likely to go wrong with your computer before the CPU dies!
