I have a fan controller so it's all good I keep it running at about 7v and it's silent enough for me for the time being until I can piece together a REAL water cooling setup in the future..probably about a month from now

Not near the same results. The fan will go slower, hence more heat.

Also, post links to this "other thread". You always say i will post them in the "other thread" and their's no other thread.

Also, I want pics of 4.0GHZ on stock.

Because at +5volts and +12 volts their is at least a doubble difference in RPM. Know why it's louder? because it's pushing LOTS more air.
