Default 3dmark06 and battlefield 2...

i don't know why but from yesterday or today battlefield won't work anymore and it just shuts the program itself and the 3dmark is very low on the graphics and the cpu is ok. the results are 1439 1448 and 2306. i have 8800 gts and tried default setting and overclocking but both are same. do i have some spyware or virus on my computer? do i need to reinstall my graphics driver?

Check your processes, as BF2 doesn't like to share. Run a good virus scan (or two) and some adware scans.

The driver may be corrupt, but check the other first. Replacing the driver is just downloading and installing, but it won't help if it is something else.

I fixed his sig, so you can see it now.

Installing new drivers won't help if the drivers are not the problem. Bad drivers normally give degraded graphics (artifacts, distortions). Installing new ones won't hurt, though.
