3DMark/RAM speed issues

Neither 3DMark03 or 05 are able to clarify my RAM speed (it's PC3200/400 mhz*). Can somebody tell me of a good program, one that tells you everything you need to know about your memory? Thanks.

* P.S Seeing as my bus speed is at 333mhz (DDR), I've always assumed that, on my motherboard, my RAM will automatically be downclocked to 333mhz... or am I wrong?

Yes, I think as soon as you put in DDR333 ram the FSB will automatically set back to 333 (aka 166MHz)

Well, CPU-Z tells me my RAM is at exactly 167mhz, in dual channel. So there you go

I use that WCPUID program, I think they're both the same though..

I think the CPU-Z is just a newer version of WCPUID, I have both.
