Default Overclocking comparisons

I am wondering if someone who has an opteron 148 can tell me how far they are able to overclock their CPU. Currently on my 3700 sandy i am at 3.025GHz and still testing. . Im gonna try to get to 3.1GHz.
Is this too high for this processor or will it be fine. I dont want to damage it too much.

Also, what is a good temp to run it at?

Well, 3.025GHz is about the max i can get to.
Here is a screenshot of CPU-z, etc.
Do the temps look ok? my system is in my sig.

Now to see what i get on 3dmark 03 and 05 and see if there is any improvement.

What i really want to know is how much of an affect this much of an overclock will have on the life of my computer. Oc'ed 0.8GHz.
