Default 3000+ Venice vs 3700+ san Diego

WTF


Ok im pretty sure that a 3700+ beats the 3000+ cache and speed but how cum my freind who has a way betetr system then me faster ram better latency i have a 3000+ not OC'ed same video card tho yet i get a 4.15GHz on CPu benchmarks and he gets 3.96GHz it just makes no sence

The 3000+ is a 939 Venice 512KB cache

And The 3700+ is a 939 San diego 1mb cache

-is your friends system o/c it may not be stable
-drivers are they up to date
-bad ram run a mem test.

also as shorty said what benchies?

try another program benchmark i googled that one and the people on the forum posted about it havin glitches so that may be why.
