exatcly, a venice would overclock pretty good even on air, and it's socket 939 too, and the mobos offer more, like PCI-E, SLI, Dual channel, etc

There are socket 754 boards that now have PCIe and things of the such, not very many because its extremly buggy............

And one more thing, dual channel ram capabilites on socket 939 boards, so you will have 6.4gb/s of bandwidth opposed to 3.2gb/s.
