Default 2.8E o/c'ing

i've heard bad results with 2.8E overclocking.
however, for those with 2.8E how much are you able to o/c your 2.8E to?

well..... My friend had a northwood 2.8ghz and he overclocked it to a 3.1ghz so the most i think you can overclock is 3.3. i think. lol
