I need to find a motherboard to replace my (Intel D945GPM MicroATX), doesnt have to be top notch just somthing around 50 bucks that can support my setup, any suggestions?

Sorry lol I've hassled you with questions before and now now, it was my first time upgrading hardware and i slipped up; now some ram chips are shot and i cant get my pc to boot.
