Need a Recommendation for a good mobo??

CPU I have is athlon 64 4000+ socket 939

Needs:
-To have PCI-E slot and work with a geforce 7600 gt video card
-Dual channel ddr memory support
-At least 2 other pci slots
-I plan on having 3 120mm fans in my case(but not sure that this has anything to do with the mobo so if not disregard this "need")
-Simply to be a good reliable board

Would like: Gigabit ethernet, firewire, easy for first time builder to use

I was hoping to get one around the $60-$65 range, but will go higher if thats what it takes for a good board.

that biostar board looks really nice but the asus looks a bit better

I'd go with the Asus personally. They're better known for good quality.

Glad you guys chose between the biostar and asus because the ECS just went out of stock...

So whats better about the Asus? I know that I can't RMA that board with newegg for some reason if its doa or has any problems.
