Memory Cache Question

So I'm deciding between either a E6400 or a E6600

but gotta problem...the E6400 has 2.13ghz and 2mb Cache

the E6600 has 2.44ghz and 4mb Cache


does 2mb and 4mb Cache make a difference?

will it make much of a difference if I have 2mb rather than 4mb ...or the other way around.

also i'd plan on trying to overclock both either 6400 to 3ghz or the 6600 to 3.2ghz as well...if this has any effects please let me know

The cache doesn't make a difference here, because both kick alot of a**. If you have the money, go for the e6600. If on a budget get the e6400. Either one you get, is awesome regardless.
