I recently upgareded my gfx card from a 6600gt(128) to a 7600GS(512). It runs really well on 2142 (without lighting effect) around say 70-90 FPS, but for some reason i lag badly on Cod2 (WTF!!) and have to run it on medium gfx to get a good frame rate...
Also I downloaded NFS carbon and can only play that on normal gfx (not high or extra high) which is really anoying me because...
1. I just upgraded
2. It has 512 ddr2
3. Its GPU aint all that bad
4. It runs CSS and BF2 on FULL gfx.
5. It runs most of my existing games well
The only thing I can think of is that the driver isnt up to date (which im currently download, latest ver.)... Any suggestions, already OCed a little and its an ASUS EN7600GS 512 silent (HUGE heatsink, no fan)

)could play bf2 on full settings, its not that much of a graphic hog, cod2 i believe is fairly more graphical so dont expect to be able to crank up the settings to high depending on other specs of ur computer
