Sound Quality!!

Hi, I have been having a problem with my sound lately when I try playing a game or try talking into a mic. The quality for both its quite bad. I don't have a sound card, it's an onboard with the motherboard. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

The motherboard is a EVGA Mainboard Version 54.NF33. I was thinking It could be a driver problem but I havn't been able to find the right driver. Also could it be that I should just buy a sound card? Any help would be great thanks!

Have you gone to Evgas website and looked?
A sound card would be much better than onboard.
You can also reinstall motherboard drivers using the disc that came with the motherboard.

I have looked at the EVGA website and im affriad im just missing it. Could somone help me find it? SOrry about the double post thing btw.
