Hey nitestick my mom just picked me up a 7900gs for christmas and I seem to have roughly the same specs as you... let's see how high we can take this.

oops i forgot to mention before that my best 3dMark06 is 5437. i don't have a screenshot though. that is also at 600/880.

Nitestick I am going up against you now. Concidering I just got my x2 3800 now which is at 3ghz. My ram is slower though. DDR 400 with 2.5-3-3-6. I could overclock the ram though and let timings flail around. My 7900 gs is volt modded and oc'ed to 700/1650. I have to run 3dmark soon!

i'm wondering, what's the stock speed on that GS? is it the reference clocks of 450/660 (DDR1320) or a stock overclocked one. my memory beats it so far and i haven't tested higher 1.76GHz. the core won't go higher without a volt mod/cooling though.
