Hijack this log of a problem PC

this is the PC i wrote about yesterday having trouble with IE on a particular user...i have not had a chance to do the repair IE thing, i am trying to have the PCs owner do as much as he can with written instructions so i do not have to make a house call that is going to cost him $$. Removing Virtual Bouncer did not help. There are a couple of things on this list i recognize and things that need to come off, i have them marked....but if anyone else notices other "bad things" that need to come off as well, please let me know.

As for history on the PC, i built it new in December it has an ESC L7VMM2 board, on board audio/video/nic, intel modem, 256MB DDR 333 RAM, Lite-on DVD-CDRW combo drive, std floppy, Western digital 30GB hard drive, Windows XP Home, AVG Antivirus, MS Office 2003 Student Ed., popup blocker, other misc software.
