to get the best TEC cooling, the higher rated the pelt the better really.

and a note from the department of redundancy department: TEC stands for Thermoelectric Cooling... so TEC cooling would be cooling the thermalelectric cooling, which i suppose we are trying to do (on the hot side), but not in the sense that you used it

heres my peltier advice:

Stay away from it, buy phase change.

OCZ has one for like 650 i think
