can someone please tell me the list of components to use, im on a budget and looking for a pc in the range 400 - 450, this may or may not include a monitor, up to you, but can someone list the best components to go with each other for this price, i will be using this pc for general movies, music, and the occasional game, i already have speakers mouse and keyboard, just build the tower, include a new monitor if you wish, thank you
