purchasing a x1950 pro ULTIMATE?

i had to send my sahhpire x1950 pro back because of overheating issuses, by reading other reviews this was not uncommon with this card.

If i purchased a x1950 pro Ultimate would this solve the problem?

It exists. On newegg.com, the Sapphire x1950PRO gets bad reviews due to overheating, and people say there is an Ultimate out now that has a Zalman fan. My original x1950PRO is still in it's box, and it'll be built this friday. *gulp* i hope that doesn't happen to me.

why not just buy the zalman instead of having to send back your original card?

Just get XFX 7900GS extreme, it is cheaper, run cooler and it performs almost like X1950pro

Seriously, just buy the VF900 instead of returning it and buying a new one.
