Drive Cleaners?

Hi
I'm going to be reinstalling XP soon and I heard that there are some programs that can keep my registry clean by uninstalling everything that ever gets installed on my PC.

Almost like a shadow drive, I need something that looks at what has been installed and will remove everything it has changed and installed.

If anyone can give me an idea of what program to use (free or pay) i'd be grateful of your help.

Im not sure what that program is like.

But im looking for something I can use from a fresh install of XP that will take a picture of XP and ANYTHING I install after it will beable to remove compleatly (registry, uninstall ...ect)

If norton ghost can do that i might give it a try but i dont like norton.
