What would be the best RAM to get for OC'ing my e6600 for under $350. And if i get this case Kandalf LCS VD4000 from ThermalTake, how much additional cooling would i need with my 8800 GTX and EVGA 122-CK-NF68 MoBo?

you should be straight on cooling if not just add some 120's to the side with a dremel
