1.If i have a on board video card on my mobo can i put a new video card in if i have a pci-e slot on my mobo? will there be any problems?

2. I wanna put in a new 120mm fan in my comp where do i connect the fan?

First question, If your motherboard has a PCI E slot then yes you can add a video card and you will notice a ridiculous improvement in performance. Second question, I'm guessing it's a 4 pin molex connector? If it's the same connection on the fan as you would plug into your hard drive, then you just have to plug that connection into one of the other connectors and create a loop so everything still gets power.

1. See the answer above.

2. You should have some fan headers (power connector for the fans connector to plug onto) on your motherboard. They're usually at the back of the board (next to where you'd put a fan, duh) and either the top edge or the front of the board. Notice, these positions are not set in stone, and mobos vary wildly.
