Difference btwn P4 1.9 & 2.4 ghz CPU

Will I see a noticable difference going from a 1.9 to 2.4 ghz CPU.
I have
-ASUS P4B MB with 845 chipset and 400 FSB
-1 gig PC133 SDRAM
-ATI 9600 64 MB Graphics

Trying to burn DVD's and right now its takes me about 6-8 hours to render a 1 hour DVD

From what I found on your board, its FSB maxes out at 400Mhz, so a jump of 500Mhz wouldn't actually give you that much of a bump in processing speed, but I would help a little. It'd maybe take an hour or so off that rendering time.
