Max CPU on my ASUS P4B Motherboard?

I have a ASUS P4B Motherboard with an Intel 845 chipset. Right now I have a P4 1.9 GHZ CPU. What is the Max CPU I can upgrade to without changing Motherboards?

the max is 2.4 ghz which can be overclocked alot

Where do you find that? I know it says it in the description but I have seen other places that seem to make it limited to 2.0. Does it matter what FSB the 2.4 has?
