Ok all of the sudden i cannot drop files. I will drag a file and i will try to drop it in a folder and it has a black circle with a line thru it. I can only drag and drop files on the desktop. I have ran a virus scan and have ran numerous spyware scans and nothing has came up. I have tried enabling it from the start menu properties. I tried making sure the permissions were set right and they were. I can drag and drop files anywhere on my computer when i boot into safe mode; and system restore isnt an option because i previously disabled it. I am out of ideas. Any Help?
