does size really matter?

i am building a PC and on the back on my case, it was 3 sets of 4 holes drilled (for 80, 92, and 120mm fans). which would you reccomend i use? i know 80mm make more noise, but will they help cool more?

get the 120mm if you can find it

it flows twice as much as the 80

I would suggest the 120 because you get more airflow and sprisingly enough they are actually quieter(at least mine is) although for noise it really depends on the brand.
