have you tried taking off the heatsink from your cpu , clean it up, apply some artic silver 5 and possibly do the same for the video card gpu heatsink?

i would say the CPU temps are OK ish... it is the GPU temp that is much too high.

you should be looking more at 71*C load.

make sure all your fans are running at the correct speed. check any load/temp based fan control programs to make sure they are operating correctly. also if your case has a removeable side panel you can leave that off to try to get some cooler air in the case.
