IEEE 1394 To Usb?

Ok i have a minidv camcorder (samsung) it has a dv port (ieee 1394) and usb port on it. I want to be able to transfer the video from the minidv tape to my pc. The problem is that it wont let me transfer the video with the usb connection so i came to the conclusion that i would have to get a dv cable to be able to do this.I dont want to have to buy an ieee card for my pc i would rather get a cable. My question is Can i buy a IEEE 1394 to USB Cable and use it to transfer the video from the minidv to my pc?

Try searching google for one. I tried and it came up with a few but I'm not sure where you live so I couldn't suggest a certain one.

Thanks but my question wasnt whether one existed or not (found plenty) but whether i could use this cable instead of having to buy a pci card for my pc.
