i have a gateway computer and windows xp i caught a virus off of AOL instant messenger and now when i go to log on to my account my background picture comes up but the tab bar, start menu and my icons dont come up, i can do Ctrl Alt Del and get to that menu if that helps anyone that thinks they know whats up with this..........arrrrrrrrg
