for a $900 build I would go with a decent mobo and overclock the he11 out of a 6300. Get 1GB of quality ram and a 7600GT for a video card.. unless you can jump on 3bay and find a good deal on something better. Go look for some parts on newegg or whatever site it is that you use and we will look at the build and help you from there.

That + the Raptor, leaves nothing for everything else. So what parts are you reusing? Specifically the power supply.

i guess i could downgrade the video card:

that will leave me with about $200 for PSU, Case and the disc drives.
