Ok, so heres the situation. I have a budget of $150 or so and I want to upgrade my computer. The two main parts I'm looking at is the stock fan and intergrated graphics. It would be nice if you guys gave me some suggestions on what to get. For the fan, I am looking at the Zalmans' fans:

or
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835118115.
I am partly "new" to graphics cards, but I am looking at the ASUS's http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814121549
.So give some comments on these products or any alternatives you guys might have.
Thanks, Peter.

Brinks is dead on the money.

Adding a case fan (unless you have more than two) will help your temps a bit as well.
